U.S. Forces Japan commander to relinquish command during Monday’s ceremony

Lieutenant Gen. Bruce A. “Orville” Wright, commander of U.S. Forces, Japan, and Fifth Air Force,

will relinquish his command to Lt. Gen. (select) Edward A. Rice, Jr. in a Change of Command

ceremony scheduled for 11 a.m. on February 25 at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
