COMUSFJ Message on Loss of Eight Air Commandos

The loss of our eight outstanding Air Commandos is heartbreaking, and I grieve alongside all of USFJ as I offer my deepest condolences to those families and friends of the fallen. We offer our sincerest support to those they left behind, and no doubt our military communities will be ceaseless in their support to one another. We are determined to return and honor these Airmen and their families. There is no higher calling than leading a life of service, and we collectively can take solace in their dedication and commitment to our nation.
